- What does publishing cost?
- Nothing. Publishing a private tender, receiving bids and recording the result are at no cost.
- Who receives my tender?
- Companies subscribed to Discer whose profile matches your tender, in any sector, without order or preference, as well as the suppliers you invite by email.
- What do bidders see after opening?
- As for a public tender: each is notified of the result; bidder names, their prices, the winner and the amount are published in Discer. You accept this when publishing, and each bidder when submitting.
- What about the BSDQ?
- It applies to construction work only. Discer does not receive a bid that must go through the Bureau des soumissions déposées du Québec; the form guides you based on who you invite.
- What is the bid evaluation?
- An option at $190 per tender (taxes extra), offered after opening: facts on each bidder, drawn from public data and Discer (contracts won, usual prices, history, change orders, licences), without ranking or recommendation. It is offered only when our data covers at least 2 bidders on the tender; otherwise, the purchase is not offered. Viewing your bids stays at no cost.
