Discer, born from construction mandates, for all public tenders

I have carried out process optimization mandates at construction companies that bid on SEAO.

I saw an opportunity to build a platform that helps contractors win more tenders with business intelligence data: knowing the competitive tender market, and seeing where they stand against the prices they bid.

Discer was launched in September 2026, in Sherbrooke. My goal is to provide businesses working in public procurement, in construction, services, goods or IT, with quality business intelligence in order to democratize access to it. This information is important and can benefit anyone looking to obtain a public contract.

My background: business administration at Université Laval, IT since 2020 and economic development in Sherbrooke, before founding Forge Libre. I design and deliver the systems myself.
